I've only been in BP 4 days, browsing the forum soaking up what I can.My investment strategy starting out will be wholesaling.

I have been trying to soak up as much information as I can but finding out what is relevant to me and what is not will take a little time.

(At the very least the flood-soaked drywall should have been ripped out, there's a bit more to it, but that's a big, easily identifiable red flag.) 

That way when a tenant spills on them and decides not to clean it up they don't soak up the moisture like laminate.  

Properly sealed pavers would not have soaked up the oil.Regardless, it seems like it is fairly easy to remove oil from pavers.

I just want to let you guys know that I will consider all of you as my personal mentors through this process and it is my hope that I am accepted in this community of successful like minded individuals.As a newbie, I promise to soak as much information as fed to me as I grow as an successful entreprenuer and more importantly as a real estate investor.

I get the concept of finding rental property, getting a mortgage, and renting it out obtaining positive cash flow while soaking up the equity.

I started out myself about 6 months ago and have soaked up all the podcasts, networked, and read as much as possible.
