I've been a truck driver for the last three years.

He had not been employed for several years, with his employer here. also knew of another buyer that had 6 months with his current employer, but he was in the same field for 15 years (truck driver). 

I changed my mind when I asked my brother in-law about the 4" thick binder in his truck.  

I always get comments from guys about how they never seen such a small lady handle such a big truck.

On his way back to the truck they are blocking the sidewalk, one guy says "give me the camera old man" ..

Living near a port city and seeing all the trucks moving containers from the ships to the distribution centers says those fun toy drones will NEVER replace high capacity trucking.If we come to the point that only managers(Chiefs) can afford homes, condos and rentals, then where will all the little Indians go and what will the Chiefs actually manage?

He's going to install a fence/gate between front and back yard so someone can't get a truck into back yard.

Anyone with a pickup truck can move out a tiny home with little to no notice.

As a small time landlord:If their car is trashed your property will also be.Never rent to someone who shows up in a moving truck and has to move in ASAPBe careful with prospects that bash their current landlordCheck with their last as well as current landlord.

I recently sold a rental paid off my truck, paid down another rental then put money in the bank.
