Hopefully, time and grace will heal your relationships and all of you will be able to move on to a bigger and brighter future.

You cannot block doorways, egress, etc.The bigger and brighter the sign, and easier to read from the sidewalk, the better.

It wasn't my best day in real estate, but I didn't quit and just kept going... there are many brighter days ahead in your future.   

I've got an excellent understanding of foreclosures in my area (finding the pre, monitoring the REO & gov't & corp. owned), but I haven't been able to take advantage of what I've learned and make use of it to the extent that I want for financial reasons that are improving.So as I ramp up for a brighter tomorrow, I'd like to join the community here.

Get new pictures that are brighter and showcase different areas, change some of the staging and relist.

What I like most about it is, you don't see people blowing out someone else's candle to make their's shine brighter.          

I cleaned mine ok with lots of tedious caution and a little flash light, but am hesitant to recommend it as a DIY service to others since it was harder than I imagined and since I believe many AC companies will come do an annual service with coil cleaning for around $150 (again, just guesstimate) and likely have a method more foolproof than my aerosol cleaner can and garden hose, plus they can look the system over and catch/fix any small issues before a home inspector would find them.
