I Though I brought a certified check as required to jump in if I wanted to actually bid, I went with the intention of observing and walking the property during the inspection time and just listening to all the other experienced investors out there and watch them do their thing.  

I have recently observed some crazy rents on ads posted recently, I am interested to see if those homes rent quickly or not. $2990 a month for a newer 4/3.5 in Southe Point. 👋👋 that’s my new listing!

Locationally they also depart from most retail site selection norms from what I've observed.
