I'd rather not give them any reason to claim I cut off anything prematurely, if internet can be construed as a utility provided, albeit only orally as a courtesy before their default and breach.Is there any recent precedence (or in absence, law) established in California courts yet regarding tenants provided with internet but abuse (ie, transfer of copyrighted material) resulting in it being shut down by the provider (Verizon) altogether and to everyone not just the violator?
