Work has since moved me out of state but while trying to rent the upper unit, a woman inquired about both units.

They get to talking and 23-year-old learns about the special treatment the elderly woman in Unit 6 got from you.  

It was a cute house from the exterior and sat on a street full of new builds that replaced teardowns.

My 1st flip was a cute little brick ranch that had lots of character left in it and it was fun restoring it.

It's less expensive, has plenty of cute houses, and it's still walkable to downtown.

Only in California can an illegal felon deported 5 times shoot a woman and kill her and then be acquitted.
