Get rid of unnecessary expenses, cook meals instead of eating out, get rid of subscriptions you don't use, maybe try app streaming services instead of cable, drive a used car with little to no payment, etc.

In my mind, having two phones is simply unnecessary (and will probably keep you from growing as fast as you want).

Buying a home at every duty station is unnecessary, and not always a good idea.

I look for markets which are stable and friendly towards STR while still imposing some barriers to entry to keep the dumb money away.

-You're probably breaking some rules regarding the construction/permitting-Breaking those rules is going to expose you to a ton of unnecessary risk-You aren't going to be close to finished with this for 12 months, at best-You probably don't have the right insurance for this job-You probably don't have all of the engineering reports that the city will require.
