What if it were your sister or daughter or mother or wife?

The tenant that I suspect that is illegal that we placed we went on their current PM recommendation (7 years) who is a friend/family of my step sister. 

Essentially, requiring the tenant to acknowledge that the roof over their head is the first bill paid each month, before the credit cards, before the utilities, before the car payment, before their sister's wedding, etc....

This program sounds too good to be true, but I used them, my sister used them, best friend used them and my niece will use them. 

My sister is there helping me find the houses that fits with my plans and to make sure I do not buy a house I will regret later.

My sister lives about 30 minutes north of Cincinnati, OH.

City’s like Lompoc or Santa María would be more realistic if you are looking for a cash flow property.

I am not sure anyone else mentioned this route... on my first investment I solicited funds from my sister and brother... forming a partnership.
