If you were trying to say that the real estate brokerage business is rigged, I agree, it is the system we have, but it's the American way, learn to deal with it until you can influence law makers there is a better way.

That will also influence the decision on whether to lease or finance. 

I'm always looking to expand my knowledge of what is going on in the city, be it of development of major projects, where the state/city is pumping money, and what may influence the growth of different parts of the city.

I think the state of the property shouldn't be influencing the insurance up.  

Look at the influence it has over people, how it can change their attitude, perspectives, relationships, and perception of what is important in life.  

You could say your an influencer and that may get you more clout!
