Be willing to ask lots of questions of them and when you don't know the answer to their questions have the integrity to say " I will get an answer for you."  

Warning to myself and my BP family – nurture your personal integrity!

Having said that, I have been able to get a feel for how they operate and their integrity.  

No integrity, bad ethics, would never want to work with them again. 

Integrity is what you want to find.

I sent a copy of my Breach of Lease to the housing office just for their awareness and was pleasantly surprised that someone from the "integrity unit" reached out to me to get photos of the damage because they were probably not going to give her another voucher to move.This doesn't mean to expect them to hold your hand or help you through your problems.

Unfortunately, multifamily properties are scarce in my immediate area and I suffer from paralysis when attempting to determine the integrity of an unfamiliar market.
