On the current unit I am in Texas heat with no A/C installing kitchen/bath cabinets, fixtures and hardware; running electricity and TV boxes for wall mounted TV’s; wiring outlets and switches; hanging fans; installing recessed lighting and other fixtures; installing blinds, curtain rods, staging furniture and decor.im not billing for this but suppose I should charge the going rate as well.

Very clean, the ladies are not cat ladies lol but the apartments were almost bare, very little furniture and a tiny tiny TV on the least expensive stand I've ever seen.
