Hey Chris Clothier - We upgraded search 2 weeks ago (see here), and 2 days ago, we added all those forum filters to help improve results.There was always an "Advanced Search" option for searching the forums, but we've integrated it into the results now.I'm glad you like it!

Many of those PM companies are dysfunctional and lack any integrity; I've dealt with them.

I heard there are ways to integrate Quickbooks w/ Excel so they sync together.

I’m pursuing the opportunity and integration should be straight forward but I need to draw up a formal contract for this service.

@Brian Woods I use Podio integrated with investorfuse!! 

They also integrate accounting that is geared towards rental properties, but I think you would find some of the accounting features lacking compared to dedicated accounting software.

If you can't be compassionate and you don't know how to appropriatly integrate your emotions into business, then you have no business in real estate. 

They are also very flexible and can be easily added on to, or interiors can be modified without compromising the integrity of the structure.

Hey Deangelo,I think the investor would like to know if the land is vacant or has some kind of improvements and fixtures integrated with or affixed to the land, including crops, buildings, machinery, wells, dams, ponds, mines, canals, and roads, among other things.
