I had one for 11% at a 30 year fixed rate amortized over 30 to replace the existing loan. and another for 11% for interest only for 2 years. i had a 3rd for 13% for one year interest only for the 2nd lien I believe, but haven't finished that conversation.The proeprty is in dfw and they haven't mentioned a dscr ratio yet.
