Hi Mariana, you should look at Ohio as there are 6000+ students a year graduating from OSU and with so many colleges in the state and the relative affordability of income property, Ohio is a great market for student rentals.

Hi Mariana,It is defiantly doable to find a 2 Family home under 235k and less than 9k in taxes in CT, just depends on the market.
