Hi Robert,What you need to automate your marketing and syndicaton is an XML Feed setup on your Web Site.

I have submitted my site (sitemap) to Google Console today, so I am just waiting for them to crawl and index my site.

A website should always have a properly formatted site map for the search engine crawlers. 

There are also a lot of relevant add-ons - ElementTree for parsing xml if that is what you get back from your queries, and sqllite if you want to make a database to store the info you gather.Good luck with your project!

I enter into cell B1:=webservice(A1)which should invoke the URL which returns XML and put the return value into B1.

Then make sure these pages are internally linked well in the header/footer of your page and included in your sitemap. 

I am just awaiting to hear back from my web design team as I need them to change my sitemap from HTML to XML so that Google Console can crawl it and Index it.

As to splitting, you would want to talk to a civil engineer (at least here that's what we do to draw site maps, etc.) though your surveyor might also be a civil.
