@Vince FutiaDepending on the type of building you have, and local laws, you can look into doing data/telecommunications antenna lease to a communications company, since bandwidth is needed more and more. 

Plus, depending on where you live, you can do a HDTV antenna.

I have recently transitioned out of the hospitality industry at the beginning of COVID to a job within concealing the major phone company antennas.

I'm waiting for better deals (though in my PA market there are still value-add deals) and once I sell my house in L.A. my antennas will be raised even higher. 

Roof-topping is the less awesome offshoot of BASE jumping, in which adrenaline junkies climb towers, antennas, and other tall things, minus the parachutes, in order to create social media posts.
