CC stacking is highly risky the second the freebie is over your stuck at huge rates and your fico is going to crash when you try to refinancing.. its Stupid to do that .. other than maybe smaller amounts to do some rehab on property and you know for certain you can pay it off but to have ONLY CC as your source of capital and run it up into the hundreds of thousands is insane in my view.
