I required that all the people doing the work use respirators. what cracks me up is when an inspector goes through a house and finds one tiny spot of mold and the buyer freaks out.. compared to folks like these and they are far more common than most folks who dont do what we do realize and they are living in petry dishs for years on end. living room furniture on the front porch can be a dead give away to a Hoarder stinky house :)Our dead cat house also made the local TV news.

However, you can often get a lender to make an exception on that when there are compensating factors such as:-Large amount of comps nearby which are of the same tiny square footage (this is most important part)-Liquid Reserves, FICO, DSCR, etc all exceeding the standard requirements by a lot -Lower LTV
