The newly elected Housing Court Judge has removed all the moderate magistrates and replaced them with legal aid society lawyers.   

The last one is a nurse so I am assuming she will probably be sick at some point, and since I consider her and all the rest of the health care workers heros I will do anything I can to help out there. 

Most Millenials I know 1/2 are smart, tech savvy and making money [good tech jobs or healthcare etc], the other half not so much. its like that every generation.

I personally filed for a home health care agency where their elderly clients don’t want the service providers to come into their homes.This hits so many industries

I do know that Cleveland is enjoying an economic revival based on healthcare (Cleveland clinic regional hub), but long-term, I don't know what that will translate into population-wise. 

In the former category, you have people in the trades, manufacturing, a lot of retail workers and health care aides.

I think "ripping the band aid" and getting the first deal done is one of the hardest things for potential flippers.Wrap your heads around the numbers, and hit the ground with that in mind on the next one.

We went to a refurbished/scratch/dent store today and I bought two brand new dishwashers (no scratches, no dents, still plastic on them) for $350 and $400 - One is a Whirlpool that I have in my home and love and the other is a Kitchen Aid (which I never would have bought retail).
