(just to clarify - I've never done business with them or have any relation to them, I just like the mailing list because it keeps me informed) http://www.holtonwisepropertygroup.com/ I think being on the mailing list keeps you in a searching mode, where you are always going to be looking at properties, so that is helpful to stay involved.I think I'd also keep an eye out for Community Legal Aid Services, Inc.

We went to a refurbished/scratch/dent store today and I bought two brand new dishwashers (no scratches, no dents, still plastic on them) for $350 and $400 - One is a Whirlpool that I have in my home and love and the other is a Kitchen Aid (which I never would have bought retail).
