China ain't exactly the U.S. in terms of healthcare.

Depends, are you going to make more salary, including any benefits (401K match if any, health care plan benefits, etc.) from your previous job? 

The USAs retirement system is as obtuse as our Healthcare.

Grocery workers, bottom-rung health-care, delivery workers, are all mostly in C'class housing.

This defense spending effect has dwindle partly due to diversification but still can exist in other industries, like tech or health care centers for example.

I’m a health care worker but mid-March, we were sent home and may not return for another couple of weeks.

The last one is a nurse so I am assuming she will probably be sick at some point, and since I consider her and all the rest of the health care workers heros I will do anything I can to help out there.

The city has a strong banking and healthcare economic backing.
