As for tips for students, you definitely don't want to rent it out to a Greek org (I've been there myself and it's not pretty).

Even that sounds like 'Greek' to me.

Like reading the Bible in Greek.

I am Greek, so I probably know a bit more on this than others.

PS dont mind the language as it sounds like ancient FDR speak, go for the VALUE in the words.  

In my view, if there was a reason that it was overpriced, it was that the ancient inventory was not being fully upgraded when flipped to owner occupants.

I see too many of my friends spending thousands of dollars on out of state tuition, room and board, and all the excessive costs including bars, eating out, greek life, etc..

I have loved greek villa and alabaster from SW as they are slightly warmer esp with sun.
