I've actually lost feeling in my finger tips from being on a computer the past year, no really big deal,  I'm also getting a pain in the elbow as well, as they say, suck it up, no pain no gain.Perhaps that might be why I don't type with wine and roses, just a few hundred more words that new, sensitive, folks expect being coddled as the babes entering the business world think they are entitled to. 

I have to protect these soft and supple fingertips for typing on the keyboard you see...3.

Also, like @Dave Visaya said, you have a wealth of knowledge at your fingertips on this site! 

Plus the money is at your fingertips whenever you need it without having to pay high closing costs to refinance and having to go through the hassle and paperwork of applying for a refi every time you need cash.For me and my direction of investing, a line of credit works better than a loan.

Also, a TON of research I see people talking on these forums is at my fingertips with the MLS.

This is an amazing place with so much knowledge and experience at your fingertips.  

Best thing is that for HFF it's a one time payment for a lifetime which means even though I don't need some of the information now I have it at my fingertips for when I am ready.

But if you have lots of deals at your fingertips, then I could see why you'd want to pass.
