And while I also have done a mix in the past in cases where let's say a home is plumbed in copper but we are gutting the bathroom, so I'll do the entire new section in PEX (Uponor is my go to), and I know no one would ever bulk at someone updating a new bathroom with what is considered the modern alternative to copper.

I saw the preliminary design and it looks to be nine modern 2-unit townhomes (sold as SFH) in the middle of an established neighborhood of ranch-style SFHs.

We knew the curb appeal was going to be huge, as this house is unique... so to get people to get past the wierd (for this area) modern flat roof design... it had to look clean and presentable!

OK, I did go get my laptop and dork out at the bar checking FMLS solds some when I realized it was a winner from my Redfin, Zillow and Trulia apps, but you get the picture.

with SS though they sure have modernized it.. for me I have owned 3 parks and one SS. the Solid B class park was a dream the C class a night mare never again. 

They also have a much more modern look to the software and they have a good Mobile app geared specifically for tenants.

I am new to REI but I live in Flint, MI and my house was under $70K (mid-century modern behind a major teaching hospital and less than 10 minute drive to 4 colleges / universities).
