I think because of YouTube and Instagram, it's human nature to see a video and think it's something relatively easy to do, but it's really hard work, to be totally honest.

Toward the end I had an NOI of $450 a door on class C properties (which is the overwhelming majority of Burlington).But …There’s a human-side that has changed dramatically.  

We can talk all we want about differences in A/B/C class properties and that most people are good human beings and just looking to find their next home, but even if there's a 1 in 1000 chance of running into a serial killer with a nice voice on the phone why would any owner/Realtor/agent/PM take that chance? 

It's just the truth of it, the vast majority come to find the power of human leverage at some point and how PM is not a profit center so they get out of it to focus themselves in most efficient use of their time, like deal generation not PM. 

Unfortunately, it is human nature to complain much more than it is to be grateful.There are good deals out there and good sponsors.
