I call it my passion. 

I’m currently employed full-time at a large software company and highly regarded amongst my peers.Although software is one my great passions, my desire for financial freedom is greater and grows with each passing day.

I have spent last few months education myself via REI books, videos and podcast's, most of which is via this great community of BiggerPockets. 

I manage their video production studio, host their popular weather webinar series, and present the Employee Hurricane Preparedness Presentation, among other duties.

I've been married for a little over 1 year to an amazing woman who is all in on this crazy "rental empire" I want to build in NY :)I've been passionate about renting small multi-family homes since my early teens - my dad has a few such buildings, but he does it only as a hobby - he's a GC (and a very good one, I must say).  

I left the Army 5 years ago and started a real estate investing company flipping houses full time.More recently I transitioned my focus from flipping back into building my rental portfolio, specifically focused on buying, rehabbing, and renting properties to homeless vets through the HUD/VASH program.I love being able to combine my passion for real estate with my passion for working with other veterans.Thanks for reading!
