I don't know what would be a good reason, but there are some that exist.It is an excellent program for those that qualify and have the cash to pay the prepaid items that Lynn was refering to.

They not only broke the written and unwritten law of client representative relationship they were unethical and immoral with their actions to my client.

More to the point, any lender these days is going to require the buyer and seller to sign an affidavit indicating the transaction is "arms length," meaning the the buyer and seller have no relationship outside of the transaction.This clearly isn't the case, so signing the affidavits would likely be considered fraud.

If I do find an investor who has a property available in that area-and it could legitimately be a deal, how can I make sure I get a referral fee from them (investor) other than just trust and a handshake and building a relationship?
