Love all the light and modern feel.

Over the next year, we modernized(re-did kitchens and baths, essentially) about 7 apartments, raised the rents on those apartments by 15%, and the tenant base changed almost immediately.

I feel that adding a touch of modern technology to tie in with today's digital world stands out as well.  

The color isn't very accurate on my laptop or phone and I'm curious.I have to seriously start learning about auctions and short sales, etc.

Our main one is USAA (I think they insure up to 10 properties now), but we also use Foremost and American Modern as they provide more specialized coverage, like vacancies over standard policy timelines.  

We have 3 different custom colors for the exteriors of our houses and every interior is painted a modern gray eggshell for the base color and trimmed out in gloss white.
