You don't get either w/duplexes but if the market slows down and does sideways for awhile big apartments are more insulated and value add players have a way to continue to create value on early in projects.  

We have seen a lot of success this year implementing new marketing channels but I want to add Cold Calling back in the arsenal for the start of 2021.

The only way to do it well is to learn how to do it near you first so you understand who the players are.

Hey @Kris Kempe - The easiest way is to partner up with another Chicago wholesaler who has their license or get your license yourself.Getting your license yourself is smart no matter what, but if you wanted an intro to some of the bigger players here in the city I'd be happy to make an intro for you.What city in Illinois are you in?

And, go get a real estate license and get the professional designation that makes you a player.
