SCAMMER steals the photos, makes their own listing...typically about 1/2 the price of normal rent and with some key words that turn people on...like pets allowed, no pet deposit, maybe no deposit, just 1st month's rent....something like that to make it attractive.

Again... my city keywords have exploded in the form of email notifications. 

Find the big players in Houston on BP.Add the keywords "Houston" and/or "Texas" to the BP keyword alerts.

Unfortunately I don't have any contacts in that area but if you drop a couple city names in a forum post you might set off someone's key word alert.
