They won't do it for you but there are almost step by step instructions on what to do.

I'll go on, what really eurks me to no end are gurus and "instructors" telling newbies that real estate operations is some step by step process.

If someone claims to do 50 deals a month and made 10 million last year, that is not a qualification to teach or instruct others, same with any niche of the business, claims made are "hooks" with "bait" for the starry eyed beginner. 

I've only heard from my instructors while getting my license that Miami-Dade county is a complete different experience. 

They need to just instruct her how to put in her bank account and routing number. 

What HAS been said, now for 4th time is the action of actively instructing to hide, obfuscate or otherwise intentionally mislead, is the action in point.
