I look at about 1,000 properties a week and have clients all over the country including Ohio.If you could put your price range, down payment, expected cap rate, tenant type, location such as suburban or urban core, etc. then I could quickly tell you if what you are looking for is a 1 in 100 or a 1 in 5,000 property.

which with the forest fires we see today in cA.. that did allow urbanization into land that was forest in history we are seeing the drastic results.. and even in Oregon a few towns burnt down although not really because of urbanization into the forest like the Sierra Nevada has. we are looking at a specific county in WA and that county still has NO Zoning everything just gets approved by project.. this is good and bad.. there is a time and place to separate manufacoring from SFR and commercial from SFR.
