If I post a question on BP, I would take the comments with a grain of salt and verify it with other official sources (e.g IRS site, a CPA, local government site which spells out landlord-tenant laws etc).

.- We switched soaps because the stuff we were using had a foil seal on the top, and I didn't want all those little pieces of foil ending up in the drain.- We have a reminder to pump it every 2 years rather than 3-5 because the house sleeps 12 and gets a lot of traffic.
