Despite heavy rain since then, the cracks haven’t sealed (and the grass seed/topsoil/wheatstraw I put down washed away).My question - is it possible the force from tree drops could've destabilized the slope to a point where a future landslide is a real concern? 

I typically take it with a grain of salt as going on someones podcast does not affiliate you with them, it may look bad but I do not hold it typically against people.

In Salt Lake County, I’d suggest connecting with local REIAs and BiggerPockets meetups—they’re gold for finding investor-friendly agents, lenders, and contractors.

If I post a question on BP, I would take the comments with a grain of salt and verify it with other official sources (e.g IRS site, a CPA, local government site which spells out landlord-tenant laws etc). 

.- We switched soaps because the stuff we were using had a foil seal on the top, and I didn't want all those little pieces of foil ending up in the drain.- We have a reminder to pump it every 2 years rather than 3-5 because the house sleeps 12 and gets a lot of traffic.
