Hello BP community,I have about 5 rental properties and do a mix of LTR/MTR. 

Should I sell it and reinvest the money into duplexes/quads to leverage the capital.

That momentum matters.Real estate isn’t just about doors and dollars; it’s about discipline, direction, and community.

This community had helped me tremendously in my investing journey.

I’ve been looking to attend (and possibly speak at) more real estate and investor-focused conferences — especially those that cover midterm rentals, corporate housing, or property management trends.Networking and staying on top of industry shifts are a big part of how I grow and help others in this space, but I realized I might be missing out on some great upcoming events.So I figured I’d ask the community:- What real estate conferences, summits, or meetups are you planning to attend soon?

I’m new to the community, but I’m already established in my real estate consulting business and have my own rental experience in the Midwest.

Even without a housing office, community colleges often have bulletin boards or online student groups where housing gets posted, which can help you see what's actually moving.
