I was thinking  instead of renting to prospective rental tenants I could scale it a different by turning rooms into individual suites for Lashes/Wax techs and hair braiders techs.

After this recent guest, the pet hair, pet debris from a dog that was clearly walking in grass & brought in the unit has caused for a deep clean of our unit.

Next make sure it comfortable and extremely clean, a lot can be forgiven, but seeing hair from other people or dirt is a huge turn off even if the house is beautiful, next always be kind and gen.uine, people can tell.
