Congratulations on the upcoming wedding!

People coming into town to visit family, reunions, weddings or professionals on contracts.All that to say, don't count yourself out.

At this point we NEVER miss a holiday, wedding, b day party or anniversary.

We really did not want to be wedding planners, but did not want to leave the property unattended during a wedding. 

Aiming to maximize cashflow to fund future investments, but as newly weds rent by the room doesn't feel practical right now. 

Although when I take my morning walks I snap a few photos to show friends they are much tidier than mainland homeless  MUCH.. but they are all over Honolulu and the Park across from Ala Moana shopping center.. so you have 5 mil condos and homeless.. and then every day there are 5 to 10 wedding photo shoots ( young Japanese couples) where the homeless are camped out. 

It takes a lot of time to build up a reputation in the wedding/event space.

My conversion rate was higher because they kind of look like a wedding invite.In regard to lenders, join meetups and local facebook groups and ask for referrals.I’m doing larger commercial deals now and found I wasted a Ton of money on direct mail.

That being said if you are willing to start with a smaller property or have more cash reserves than we did as we were preparing for our wedding you can make the deals happen you just have to be creative with it. 

We loved parts of Quepos and Uvita the most.Congrats on your Wedding and I hope you have a wonder special DAY!
