I'd still recommend screening a couple, ask them how their processes will be, what they will do, how they screen, what their standards are & provide them with qualifications for renting out your home.

Usually in order to follow Fair Housing & Equal Opportunity Laws it is best to screen first come first serve that way you are compliant & not picking any one applicant over the other because they had a "more qualified" application & background.
