Being from the WEst coast were we have no ethic division or anything else ethnic at the time I went Cupertino High School you may have heard of Cupertino ( now home of Apple and a bunch of rich engineers and average home price of well over 1 million) but anyways we had NO ethnic diversification 2k student population we had 2 African Americans.

Lots of ethnic and socioeconomic diversity.) 

He'd still have trouble transitioning to, say, single family in C/C- mixed-race neighborhoods.However, if, say, we're talking about going from the mother country to an ethnic enclave here, it's actually a lot easier.

I also dont have 10 cool ethnic restaurants within 1 mile from my house.

Labeling dogs based on breed is no different than making racist comments against certain ethnic groups as far as I'm concerned.I understand the insurance companies don't necessarily share the same view, but it's in part because so many people generalize and label 'aggressive breeds' as bad, when it isn't as simple as that.

Speaking from our own experience thus far, while we have met and continue to work with a few great agents, most have been less than great, many have bluntly lied to us, and one even insulted our ethnicities.

Mableton specifically has a convenient location (closer to the Midtown, Downtown, and the Battery than lots of other suburbs), it is also very ethnically diverse with no one ethnic group as the dominant group.
