Surface, non-expanding cracks in poured concrete is no big deal, same with stair-steps on blocks so long as they're not supporting a brick facade or shifting out of place.

There are a lot of them but you want to make sure you have a 5 year warranty because exterior defects tend to take some time to manifest themselves.Also, it will be more costly if it's a rear fire-escape instead of the front facade of the building.

I did a renovation to the interior of my house, did not do anything to front facade, fixed and stucco the facade on the back of the house.The appraiser/lender, I believe is leaning towards exterior only, but I think my interior is better and it will not be included as part of the appraisal, and I believe it will hurt my valuation.
