This is a very untested area, there are not a lot of court cases to know what is and is not allowed, and nobody wants to be the first.There are so many doctors willing to sign off on a service animal, but it does weed out some.We have used this form with some success:FORM TO REQUEST AN ASSISTANCE ANIMALWe are committed to granting reasonable accommodations when necessary to afford persons with disabilities the equal opportunity to use and enjoy our rental properties.Under the Fair Housing Act, a person with a disability is defined as a person who has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities.

The focus on scaling at the moment is solely being driven by the desire to leave the industry that I'm currently in within the next 3-5 years and wanting to have the groundwork done so that my focus after this can be something that I actually enjoy again that isn't as mentally taxing.
