@Christian Nachtrieb I am using deal machine to track all of my actions and as a data base for all my leads, but I do not use their postcards.

@Kyle J.Hey Kyle thanks for the input.The monthly subscription plan I have gives me access to deal machine, podio, auto dialing and skip tracing and nighly meetings going over everything It also includes a team leader/mentor who goes over everything and help analyze our deals So far it seems great and I'm thankful for all the feedback on this forum.
