@Dante Foreman You can set up a "Keyword Alert" for your area (or any other words) and you will be notified when someone mentions them.

The key word here is "initial".  2014 to 2019 inclusive, averaged over $100/month of rent increase. 

Do a search for the keyword 'Houston' in Bigger Pockets to read up on several posts that relate to Houston's market.

Great opportunity for appreciation as the area develops but more risk if the neighborhood stalls.There area lot of threads here about Baltimore if you search or set up a "Keyword Alert"

You can also set up keyword alerts to receive notifications once a topic or area of interest in mentioned in one of the forums.

You can set up a Keyword alert so that anytime someone mentions it you get notified. 

If you're looking at MLS deals I recommend setting up keyword alerts on the MLS for the area / property type you are looking for and every time a deal comes up, run it through your deal analyzer.
