When I filled out the paperwork for the trust with NO PROPERTY in it and tried to get it notarized (so that it would have validity), I was told that it couldn't be notarized since it was incomplete.So, since I can't get the empty trust notarized, I'm kind of stuck.How do I handle this?

I don't know any way around this other than to expect this kind of lending to continue, price it in on the buying side, and do the repairs prior to listing on the selling side.
