So my 5 bedroom new construction on top of the mountain with phenomenal views is lumped in with a 30 yr old 5 bedroom 1/4 mile away in the valley surrounded by trees.  

Currently looking in the Gilford NH region located 5 minutes from Winnipesaukee and 5 minutes to Gunstock Mountain.  

This is NOT the Midwest, we are NOT built atop Granite or Mountain basin(s).  

Trying to decide between a cabin in the ASKA Adventure Area (aka North Georgia Mountains) or Beach Condo (panhandle of Florida) that we can use when not rented.
