I am just concerned about your approach because I think I would exhaust the supply of "For Sale" 1-4 unit investment properties in my target areas in 2 weeks.Also, I am new, and less confident in my decision/offer making ability.

I can pay more than an investor since I don’t need to flip it- short sale/REO/ or foreclosure auction seem possible routes; I did phone Suntrust who wouldn’t provide their “distressed listâ€â€¦ Perhaps I should contact title company?
