I’ve heard you can look up the Uhaul traffic somehow.

I been adverting on zillow and our website but doesn't seem to drive much traffic.

Some of them list their terms on their web site. 

Traffic is HORRIBLE from 1:30-2:30.

This is in Wilmington, NC in a busy area with a good amount of traffic.

You might be required to provide an energy efficiency plan, a noise study, mechanical design, SWPPP, traffic, landscape plan, etc.

Fast food is okay as long as you have the traffic counts to support it.

I think they are doing week-to-week, which is nice but won't net you as much doing AirBNB.Looked for the other units on AirBNB/VRBO but sadly didn't see them; this also worries me because I wonder if foot/regular traffic and noise would be a problem for other folks in the building (but they do allow it). 

My wife also has moved into the house with me now and she works 45 miles away if she takes the downtown roads, but 53 miles away if she takes the quickest way without traffic.
