I want to park cash in a liquid REIT such as the TIAA-CREF REAL ESTATE SEC PREMIER.Can my LLC open an online trading account?

Doing the math and looking at the big picture proves that selling right now for a small profit would be foolish so I've chosen to hold on to it!

So find a home online that is where you want it to be, and has enough rooms / land to support some income from roomates.

I know you can download the Utah REPC online.

Ordering parts is a real pain right now- be careful ordering something expensive online only to find it back ordered and coming in July.
