Is there any incentive that I could offer to make it attractive?

She said she was going to work 6 hours which is 2 hours short of a full day, and she wasn't going to get paid for working the time, because supervisors aren't paid overtime.

 (3year amortize short loan. )Can you guys think of any other due diligence am missing. thank you in advance for your input. by the way the property is free and clear and has plenty of safety in the price of the property vs my loan.

Otherwise, there are so many ways to slice the real estate pie that it's just too easy to get distracted by next thing (short sales, lease options, pre-foreclosure, etc.)As far as connecting with other investors, you can do so here on BP of course, and you can also check out local groups such as Black Diamond REI in Massachusetts or RIREIG in Rhode Island.Also check out the BP Ultimate Beginners Guide especially the sections on networking, finding mentors, etc.
