Classes are lesser used in the SFR product type because people tend to use more common descriptions such as "good neighborhood", "bad neighborhood", or even worse, just "hood".Age doesn't work well in SFR because it's quite possible to have a 100 year old historic home in the very ritziest part of town.  

I'm working the numbers and analyzing the demand for this type of product at the $3-500k price points.
