As I know that these things play out differently depending on locality, the closer you are to my jurisdiction the better: Yardley, PA 190672)  If you give tenant notice to vacate after the lease naturally ends, and they refuse to vacate, do you use an eviction to get them out or is this a separate legal action?

I am not sure how a mortgage company can tell that you can not take a promotion at your job someplace else, or buy another home and move into that place, etc.We were in the same situation where we bought a home and months later we had to move again and we turned that him into a vacation rental.

Plus, less risky since the space has no tenants now and although I'm confident on the business model enough to believe I will at least break even each month and still enjoy the investment ROI and tax savings, there's always the risk that it won't do better than that or that I won't even be able to generate the break even revenue.
