:@Joe Splitrock - OK - So it sounds like you do allow the automatic payment to start processing on the 1st (i.e. auto ACH coming through on Dec 1 and hitting your account on Dec 7th vs. auto paying on Nov 24th and hitting your account on Dec 1).I noticed that the key thing is it does say in the Apartments.com portal that the payment is processing (so you know that it is actually working) Right, I can see that they made payment which is fine for me.
