He started out working with a large mutual fund company (AIM) and his "research" was largely designed, IMO, to boost mutual fund sales and keep people in those same funds at market tops.

What influenced you to choose Orlando FL as a place to invest?

We are seeing lots of growth from outside influence currently (tons of national attention due to Fixer Upper).  

Every market is susceptible to some type of sever weather so don't let that influence your decision.  

They forego boosting their returns on equity for the peace of mind of not owing a cent to creditors.

And I simply do not have time to join the HOA board to have any influence of my own.I know there are a lot of investors that really like condos due to the simplification of exterior maintenance.

I teach Agents to grow their business using their laptop, social media, their database, and their SOI (sphere of influence).

No I have not, I was just seeking out some general advice, or possibly something to just boost up my moral.

@Ana HowardI'm not an asset manager, but in my experience,  an LLC doesn't give you any advantage.Inspection periods, deposit amounts, closing dates, and credibility I would say are the only things that would influence a decisions on comparable amounts.Buying in bulk would obviously help your case, too.
